The Production Services department of Bethel Engineering and Equipment was established in 2003. The Production Services department has achieved and now maintains a TS 16949:2002 certification. Our Production Services department meets abrasive cleaning and assembly with high quality and customer-oriented services.
Capabilities and Equipment List
- The eight-wheel vertical descaling machine utilizes a monorail system for continuous flow. The monorail is capable of 400 pounds per carrier and 40 racks per hour.
- Our 12 cubic-foot tumble blast machine is capable to process up to 1,800 pounds per batch. This blast machine utilizes a rubber belt to protect lighter weight parts. Also, a key feature to this machine is the variable speed blast motor.
- The 48” x 48” spin blaster allows parts, that may not be tumbled, to be cleaned through a fixturing process. With multiple fixtures and loading/unloading carousel, this process can be highly efficient as well as protecting parts from damage.
- The Production Services department has the resources and skills to offer high quality assemblies of customer supplied components. Production Services also has capabilities in packaging and distribution for a variety of parts. Our continuous improvement management philosophies and outstanding workforce enable us to be a very efficient and cost effective solution.
